What do you get when you cross classic home cookware with gigantism? That's right, this week we're watching The Cast Iron Giant. Come relive the magic as we watch various foods cook on his iron surface. Listen to that steak sizzle. If you don't hear the sizzle, then you're not getting a good sear, and you're not locking in the juices. Is it medium rare when it feels like your palm or your wrist? I can never remember. Anyway, if you eat your steak any more cooked than medium rare, then you're a heathen. Get out of my kitchen. Anyway, family film time, let's go!
